What sneakers fit in the box?
Most sneakers up to men's US 15, depending on the model. A size 15 Nike Air Force 1 Low fits. Bulky boots, like a size 15 Timberland, do not fit. The Bigger Box fits Timberlands and other boots.
How big are the boxes?
The regular box is 14.37 x 10.62 x 8.75 in. The Bigger Box is 15 x 11.5 x 10 in, with a removable divider.
What are the boxes made of?
PET (polyethylene terephthalate): shatterproof, with low moisture absorption, and recyclable.
How do the doors open?
Both doors are magnetic and open from the front and the side.
Can the boxes stack?
Yes.
Do I need tools to assemble the boxes?
No. Boxes ship flat-packed and assemble by hand in a few minutes, no tools needed.
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship free within the U.S. and typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. Pre-orders are expected to ship December 2026, in the order they're received.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase, and items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
