Refund policy

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days, new and unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hi@bybettereveryday.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Free Bigger Box bonus

If you return a 12 Pack or 36 Pack, please include the free Bigger Box that came with it. If it isn't returned, its $32.50 value will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different pack size is to return your item and place a new order.
