Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Orders ship from Long Beach, California.
Processing time
- In-stock items (like The Bigger Box) ship within 7 to 10 business days.
- Pre-order items are expected to ship in December 2026, in the order they were received.
You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, with UPS and USPS options. The cheapest option is selected for you.
- 36 Pack: flat $149 ground shipping. It ships in three cartons.
- Free Bigger Box bonuses ship with your order at no extra shipping cost.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email us at hi@bybettereveryday.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
