Arrives Right Promise. If a door, panel or magnet arrives cracked or broken, email a photo to hi@bybettereveryday.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the replacement part free.

Returns. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date, and items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at hi@bybettereveryday.com and we'll walk you through the next steps. Mail returns to:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days to process it; refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Defective or damaged item?
